Robert C. Dillon has practiced transactional commercial real estate law for more than 35 years, the last 12 of which have been in Park City . Mr. Dillon joined Clyde Snow Of Counsel in 2007. His exclusive focus on complex real estate transaction work complements the Firm's expertise in the areas of water law, real estate law, and business law.

Previously, Dillon practiced commercial real estate law as a sole practitioner in Atlanta, Georgia representing American developers and a Japanese construction company. His national law firm experience included partnerships at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker and at Kutak, Rock & Huie in Atlanta . Additionally, Dillon has had in-house corporate experience as associate general counsel at Portman Properties, the development arm of the internationally recognized architectural firm of John Portman & Associate based in Atlanta .

Dillon earned a B.B.A. and juris doctor (J.D.) with distinction at Emory University where he was elected to the Order of the Coif.
