Victoria B. Finlinson

Ms. Finlinson focuses her practice on complex civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Finlinson has counseled and litigated on behalf of management in a wide range of business matters in general, and in particular, employment claims concerning Civil Rights (Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act), wrongful termination, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA),trade secret, and breach of employment agreement claims. In addition to her litigation of employment and business matters, Ms. Finlinson’s areas of expertise include bankruptcy, eminent domain, and medical malpractice defense. Ms. Finlinson has extensive experience in mediation and trial.
