Jonathan D. Bletzacker

Mr. Bletzacker focuses his practice on multiple areas of litigation with extensive experience in real property litigation, including title insurance defense, boundary disputes, easement disputes, and claims of fraudulent schemes involving real property acquisitions.

Jon represents local and national businesses in defending against claims of wrongful termination, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), OSHA and Civil Rights claims (Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act). Jon has extensive experience in claims under the False Claims Act (Qui Tam Whistleblower Actions).

Jon also defends individuals, broker-dealers, investment advisors, compliance officers and registered representatives in regulatory enforcement investigations and litigation before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). His practice includes responding to regulatory subpoenas, preparing clients for investigative testimony, and responding to SEC "Wells notices."
