Wendy B. Crowther Elected as Chair of American Bar Association Committee
Wendy Bowden Crowther has been named chair of the American Bar Association's Water Resource Committee. Crowther most recently served as vice-chair of the committee, co-chair of the Annual Water Law Conference, and vice-chair of the Utah State Bar Association's Energy Natural Resources & Environmental Law Section. She was also recently named one of Utah's Legal Elite by Utah Business Magazine and as Mountain States Rising Star by Mountain States Super Lawyers Magazine. As a lawyer at premier water law firm Clyde Snow & Sessions in Salt Lake City, Crowther has represented municipalities, conservancy districts, irrigation companies, and private water rights holders before the Utah State Engineer, District Court, and Federal Court.
