Utah Business Magazine's March 2011 issue features an article by Clyde Snow & Sessions Shareholder and Director J. Scott Hunter.
Adapted from a *book Mr. Hunter co-authored with with former Clyde Snow Attorney Matthew S. Wiese, the article, "Sold! Tips to Sell Your Business," gives Utah's business leaders a look at the top three things they should do to prepare a business for sale from a legal perspective.
Mr. Hunter's expertise comes from involvement in numerous complex transactional matters over the years. He has represented small and mid-cap business on both buy-side and sell-side; has managed complex financing transactions; and has represented issuers of equity, debt, and derivative securities in matters of securities law. He is a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Adviser and member of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors. Currently, he chairs Clyde Snow's Business, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities Practice Group.
