Clyde Snow Attorney Featured in "The Economist" and "Utah Business Magazine"

Salt Lake City (February 1, 2012) - Brent Baker, one of Clyde Snow's white collar defense attorneys, has recently been featured in The Economist and Utah Business Magazine for his exceptional legal knowledge and community involvement initiatives.
The Economist, a London-based publication, published an article on the vulnerability of people who have blind trust-particularly among religious congregations. The article, "Fleecing the Flock," prominently included Fraud College, of which Baker is a co-founder, because of the high affinity fraud concentration within the state of Utah.
Baker was also featured in a Utah Business Magazine article, "When a Company Crashes," for his views on shareholder litigation and the options shareholders have in these tough economic times.
Baker's most recent project is spearheading Fraud College's 2012 Conference to be held February 15. An original founder, Brent launched Fraud College's first conference in 2010 with a focus on reducing investment fraud among investors by teaching commonly used tactics by fraudsters as well as steps every investor can take to reduce their risk of fraud. The last conference received national publicity and achieved an attendee count of more than 300.
