Mr. Snow currently serves as the president of the Utah State Bar. In his practice, Mr. Snow represents clients in a variety of commercial cases including legal and accounting malpractice actions. As part of his white collar crime practice, he represents corporate clients and officers in grand jury investigations and before federal and state administrative agencies. These agencies include the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Homeland Security (ICE), and the Department of Labor. He also conducts corporate investigations for management. Recently, he has been serving as a mediator and arbitrator for select cases.
