Mr. Turney brings more than seven years of experience in matters of estate planning, corporations, real estate, securities, contracts, and bankruptcy to Clyde Snow, having particular expertise in the following matters:

• Drafting wills, trusts and other documents for simple and large estates
• Incorporating small privately held corporations and limited liability companies
• Advising clients on business planning, including employment agreements, non-compete, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements to protect clients trade secrets and business interests
• Drafting and advising clients with private placements to raise capital for businesses
• Negotiating and drafting complex mergers and acquisitions
• Filing registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission allowing corporate clients to be listed on the OTCBB, pink sheets and NYSE
• Drafting simple and complex loan agreements, commercial and residential lease agreements, boundary disputes, condominium conversions and declarations for home owners associations
• Planning and effectuating business plans in bankruptcy matters
• Representing creditors and debtors in relief from stay actions, preferential transfer actions and other bankruptcy-related matters
