Mr. Barnes has accumulated extensive trial and administrative law experience in a wide variety of areas, including the presentation of numerous arguments before the Utah Court of Appeals, the Utah Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He currently represents clients in a variety of real property, water rights, and construction matters. Mr. Barnes has significant experience resolving disputes involving water works and water rights and right-of-way and interference claims and has served effectively as an evaluative mediator in those matters. He has also enjoyed mediating construction disputes involving differing site conditions, change order disputes, acceleration and delay claims, construction defects, and early termination of contracts.
