Bio
Mr. Hunter is a director and shareholder of the firm and has over four decades of experience representing clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. He focuses his practice in two main areas: representing and advising clients on capital market transactions, and the representation of start-up companies and entrepreneurs.

- Securities Law involving representation of issuers of equity, debt and derivative securities
- Mergers and acquisitions involving representation of small and mid-cap business on both buy-side and sell‑side
- Complex Financing transactions including funding of professional sports teams and public sports arenas
