Ms. Zollinger is a director and shareholder of the firm. She focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement investigations and litigation, and has served as independent counsel to conduct internal corporate investigations. Ms. Zollinger also has extensive civil litigation experience representing clients in state, federal, and appellate courts in business disputes, intellectual property claims under the Lanham Act and unfair competition laws, employment disputes, and real property disputes. Her real property experience includes representation of an interstate natural gas utility in negotiating and drafting easements, rights-of-way, and land use agreements with private landowners and governmental entities. Prior to joining Clyde Snow, Ms. Zollinger worked as a law clerk for the Union Pacific Railroad Company.
