Mr. Beagley is a civil litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a variety of complex civil litigation cases, such as wrongful death and catastrophic injury, consumer rights, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, landlord/tenant disputes, UM/UIM, insurance bad faith, and nursing home liability. He is experienced in all aspects and phases of a civil lawsuit, including pleadings, discovery, pre-trial and post-trial motion practice, mediation, and jury and bench trials.
