The description of the episode is as follows:

“You might have heard that Great Salt Lake is shrinking. Emily E. Lewis (Clyde Snow Attorneys at Law) has been spending much time researching creative solutions to the predicament of getting water to Utah’s Great Salt Lake. Come learn more about Utah water law, what the heck water banking is and future plans for how to balance living along the shores of this unique inland sea.
Emily Lewis is an attorney with Clyde Snow where she assists clients in navigating complex water problems. She advises individual water right owners, water conservancy districts, municipalities, mining companies, and mutual shareholder irrigation companies. Her strategic projects practice extends to innovative policy work and specialty project management. She presently acts as the Utah Water Banking Project Manager and hosts Ripple Effect – A Podcast Putting Water in Context.
