Clyde Snow Welcomes Attorneys Kyte and Beagley

We are pleased to welcome Julia D. Kyte and Brandon L. Beagley and to our Salt Lake City office!

 

Julia D. Kyte:

Ms. Kyte is an Of Counsel attorney at Clyde Snow. As a general litigator, Ms. Kyte uses her trial, administrative, and significant public entity experience to obtain regulatory rulings, orders, and jury verdicts in her clients’ favor. Ms. Kyte has represented clients in the courtroom and administrative hearings in a diverse range of matters including: regulatory and medical panel hearings for both physicians and hospitals, governmental investigations, and excessive force cases. She has represented clients or been an appointed officer of the Courts in Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Idaho, and California. Ms. Kyte’s practice focuses on administrative and regulatory law, health care law, and public entity or law enforcement defense. In addition, Ms. Kyte routinely consults with other lawyers on criminal proceedings conducted by federal, state and local agencies.

 

Brandon L. Beagley:

Mr. Beagley is a civil litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a variety of complex civil litigation cases, such as wrongful death and catastrophic injury, consumer rights, medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability, landlord/tenant disputes, UM/UIM, insurance bad faith, and nursing home liability. He is experienced in all aspects and phases of a civil lawsuit, including pleadings, discovery, pre-trial and post-trial motion practice, mediation, and jury and bench trials. Mr. Beagley has obtained numerous favorable verdicts on behalf of his clients.
