Clyde Snow attorney Diana L. Telfer has been accepted to the 2021/2022 International Academy of Collaborative Professionals Leadership Academy. Ms. Telfer focuses her practice in Family Law & Collaborative Divorce. Collaborative divorce (or paternity action) is a legal process that allows couples to negotiate the terms of their divorce or separation outside of the courtroom. Control over the resolution remains in the hands of the couple during the entire process. Ms. Telfer is looking forward to the opportunity to collaborate with legal, mental health, and financial professionals on the international level.
