Attorney Katherine E. Pepin Joins Clyde Snow

Clyde Snow is pleased to welcome attorney Katherine E. Pepin to the firm. Ms. Pepin graduated in 2018 from the S.J. Quinney College of Law with Highest Honors and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She has received various awards and honors including the Pro Bono Initiative Certificate of Service, Pro Bono Publico Law Student of the Year, and four CALI Awards.

Ms. Pepin focuses her practice in a variety of matters including civil and business litigation, labor and employment law, and white collar crime, government, and independent investigations. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Ms. Pepin was a judicial intern for Chief Magistrate Judge Paul M. Warner at the United States District Court, District of Utah, an Innocence Clinic Intern for the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center, and a law clerk for Clyde Snow in its Salt Lake City office.
