Shannon K. Zollinger and Katherine E. Pepin Receive the 2019 Pro Bono Service Award

Congratulations to Shannon K. Zollinger and Katherine E. Pepin on their receipt of the 2019 Pro Bono Service Award from the Utah Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Each year the Federal Bar Association holds an awards dinner to recognize select members of the legal community for their time, service, and contributions to the public by providing free legal services to low income and underrepresented members of the community.

Ms. Zollinger is a director and shareholder of the firm. She focuses her practice on white collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement investigations and litigation, and has served as independent counsel to conduct internal corporate investigations.

Ms. Pepin is an associate with Clyde Snow and she represents clients in a variety of matters including white collar crime, government, and independent investigations and labor and employment law. In addition, Ms. Pepin is involved with the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center, a non-profit organization that works to correct and prevent the wrongful conviction of innocent people in Utah, Nevada, and Wyoming.
