Clyde Snow Elects Three New Shareholders

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- Clyde Snow is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has elected three new Shareholders and Directors: Emily E. Lewis, Keith M. Woodwell, and Shaunda L. McNeill.

Emily E. Lewis works at the nexus of water law, policy, technology, and finance. She excels at assisting clients with large and complex water matters. She is Co-Chair of the firm’s Natural Resources and Water Law Group and is licensed to practice law in Utah and Wyoming.

Keith M. Woodwell focuses his practice on securities enforcement, regulatory defense, government and independent investigations, and white collar defense. Prior to joining Clyde Snow, Mr. Woodwell served as the Director of the Utah Division of Securities for 10 years.

Shaunda L. McNeill focuses her practice on employment law, advising on and litigating a wide range of matters for employers, including wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. She also litigates class actions. She is Co-Chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Group and is licensed to practice law in Utah and California.
