Bio

John Fuller is an associate attorney at Clyde Snow & Sessions. He has joined the firm’s litigation team, where he focuses on employment law, commercial & business litigation, and probate & trust litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked on and handled complex litigation matters including business disputes with interwoven agreements among multiple businesses, partners, and members, fiduciary breaches involving multiple trusts, estates, and powers of attorney, and retaliation and discrimination claims against employers.

While some may hesitate to pursue or defend against the fast-paced process of securing Temporary Restraining Orders or Preliminary Injunctions, John has gained experience in both obtaining and defending against these remedies to protect his clients’ interests.

His prior experience with helping small businesses run their accounting systems, prepare their financial statements, and startup has also helped him create and draft inventive and practical settlements and agreements for his clients.

Mr. Fuller attended Baylor University School of Law and graduated in 2022 in the top third of his law school class.
