What are the Benefits of Mediation?
You are in control of the process
Mediation puts you in the driver’s seat. You will craft mutually agreeable solutions rather than handing decision-making power to a judge or jury.
Resolve Disputes Faster
Compared to litigation, mediation typically saves significant time and monetary resources. Mediation can often settle a dispute in weeks or months.
Achieve Flexible, Customized Solutions
In mediation, the resolution options are limitless. Find creative solutions that address underlying needs, business goals, and personal well-being.
Maintain Confidentiality
Unlike court proceedings, mediation remains completely confidential by law. Parties can speak freely in sessions, exploring ideas and concessions.
