Mr. Troester is an associate with Clyde Snow whose practice primarily focuses on helping companies of all sizes grow, operate, raise financing, sell, and navigate major changes. His practice includes business transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, securities, trust & estate planning, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Troester also represents for-profit and non-profit companies and boards of directors in connection with corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and risk management.
As a law student, Mr. Troester was a fellow for the Pro Bono Initiative at the S.J. Quinney College of Law and assisted in the creation of several reports on the demand for legal services for low- and middle-income Utahns. Since graduating in 2022 with highest honors, Mr. Troester has presented CLE topics for the Utah legal community regarding corporate transparency and has been published in the Utah Bar Journal.
