Vicki is a highly respected litigator with experience in both government and private practice. Her focus is on complex commercial and business disputes, family law, government investigations, and civil rights litigation under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. She is known for her ability to work closely with clients, providing practical, creative solutions and guidance on their most difficult litigation challenges.

Vicki is skilled at managing all aspects of litigation, including motion practice, negotiations, depositions, and trials. She has extensive experience in serving as lead counsel in federal trials. Although she is experienced in the courtroom, she often resolves disputes through negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. To support this, Vicki is certified as a Mediator through the Utah Dispute Resolution program.

Before joining Clyde Snow, Vicki spent seven years in New York City, representing the City of New York and agency officials in various state and federal civil rights cases in state court and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She also taught at Fordham Law School, lecturing on negotiation, client interviews, and client counseling. Most recently, Vicki worked in the private sector at a nationally ranked law firm located in Salt Lake.

Vicki earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She obtained her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, graduating on the Dean’s List with high honors and as an Order of the Barrister recipient.

Vicki actively engages with her Park City community by volunteering at her local synagogue, her children’s schools, the Park City ski and snowboard club, and the community garden. She is a member of the Utah Bar’s Litigation and Women Lawyers’ committees. Vicki has spoken at various Utah organizations dedicated to supporting mothers reentering the workforce and recognizing women’s career achievements.

When she’s not working, Vicki enjoys spending time with her three children, skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
