Clyde Snow & Sessions, a premier Utah law firm known for its commitment to excellence and client service, is proud to announce the election of Trenton L. Lowe as its newest director and shareholder. Mr. Lowe’s appointment is a testament to his exceptional legal expertise, dedication to client service, and his significant contributions to the firm.

Trent Lowe began his law career at Clyde Snow and Sessions as a clerk in 2015. Upon passing the bar, he started his practice as an associate. Trent’s practice consists of representing local and national clients on various issues, primarily in commercial litigation and labor and employment law. He specializes in business litigation, including contract disputes, general business disputes, trade secrets litigation, and administrative disputes.
Mr. Lowe also counsels clients in employment matters, including employee handbooks, compliance, and other important employment issues, as well as litigating employment disputes. He has extensive experience litigating cases in state and federal courts and before district and appellate courts, including litigating several novel issues before federal courts that set precedents in Utah law. Before joining Clyde Snow, Trent was instrumental in securing funding and creating the Policy Innovation Lab, now known as the Sorenson Impact Center, at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. We are proud to have Trent as our newest shareholder.
