ENREL Brown Bag Luncheon 2019 Water Law Legislative Preview

Please join Steven E. Clyde and Emily E. Lewis at the offices of Clyde Snow & Sessions on January 24, 2019 for a 2019 Water Law Legislative Preview. Addressing several key issues raised in the 2018 General Legislative Session, the 2019 General Legislative Session offers several proposed bills of note to the water law community. Many of these bills embody the recommendations of a yearlong stakeholder drafting process. This Legislative Preview will discuss both the substance of the proposed legislation and the unique context from which these bills arose. Legislative topics include:
