Appellate Practice

Clyde Snow attorneys have extensive experience in the appellate courts of the State of Utah, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and many other appellate courts throughout the country. The firm handles appeals in a broad variety of legal areas including appeals of criminal convictions, real estate matters, commercial and business issues, water rights and related issues, condemnation and eminent domain matters, and many other areas. The firm’s attorneys have significant experience in drafting appellate briefs and oral advocacy. Many of them have worked as clerks for appellate judges and have an intimate understanding of the workings of the appellate courts. A number of the attorneys are also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
