Victoria devotes her practice to representing businesses in employment related matters, both as an advisor and a litigator. She regularly advises companies on strategic matters involving employment policies, procedures, and practices, including wage and hour practices, discipline and terminations, bonus and other compensation plans, trade secret protection, independent contractor relationships and internal investigations. In addition, Victoria has extensive experience defending clients in employment litigation alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, efficient legal services with an understanding for the practical considerations for her clients. Victoria was elected by her peers as President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Utah State Bar and is serving as such for the 2019-2020 term.
Ms. Johnson is a dedicated attorney who focuses her practice on representing individuals in all aspects of family law matters, with an emphasis on divorce and child custody. She strives to first inform and educate her clients as to their legal rights and then discusses how she can help them reach their goals in the most ideal fashion as she navigates clients through difficult situations. Ms. Johnson knows that divorce cases can be a time of uncertainty for clients, so she strives to connect with them by cultivating an environment of trust to allow for open communication and exact knowledge of the facts resulting in effective and zealous representation. Ms. Johnson has the experience and knowledge needed to successfully represent her clients’ best interests in complex family matters. Ms. Johnson is a member of the Utah State Bar Association, Utah Young Lawyers Division, J. Reuben Clark Law Society, and a Board Member of the A. Sherman Christensen Inn of Court.
Mr. Brady focuses his practice on securities enforcement, commodities and futures enforcement, regulatory defense, government and independent investigations, and white collar defense. Prior to joining Clyde Snow, Mr. Brady served as the Director of the Utah Division of Securities for two years, overseeing enforcement investigations, compliance matters, licensing, and registration. Before his service as the Securities Administrator for Utah, Mr. Brady spent five years as the Deputy Director of the Utah Department of Commerce, helping to oversee the divisions of Securities, Real Estate, Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL), Consumer Protection, and Corporations and Commercial Code. During his tenure as Deputy Director he supervised the agency review process and worked closely with the Utah Legislature and other state agencies such as the Utah Insurance Department and the Department of Financial Institutions. Tom previously served as a member of the State Legislation and Fintech Committees of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA).
